Rich O'Grady

Rich O'Grady is an experienced operational and ecosystem leader with a strong background in building and scaling organizations. Currently serving as Ecosystem Director at Livepeer Foundation and previously in various roles at Livepeer, Rich also operates as a Founder Coach and Operations Advisor, providing guidance to multiple organizations on internal business processes. With a history of contributions at Protocol Labs and Le Wagon, including enhancing career services and ecosystem growth, Rich has founded and led initiatives like Chinwags, focused on expert-led residencies. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oxford, a Full-Stack Development Bootcamp from Le Wagon, and a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.
