Thom Shutt has a diverse work history spanning multiple companies and roles in the technology industry. Thom currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Livepeer, a role they began in April 2023. Thom gained early experience in software development before taking on an internship as a Software Engineer at Mode7 Games in 2009, where they contributed to the creation of a C++ library for interfacing with specialized video output hardware.
