Brian McGlothlen

Brian McGlothlen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently, Brian serves as the Director of Engineering at LivePerson, where responsibilities include managing engineering teams and overseeing projects in Generative AI and AWS-based data processing. Prior roles include Director/Principal Software Engineer at VoiceBase, Inc., where Brian developed high-throughput Speech Analytics solutions, and Senior Engineering Manager at MobiTV, focusing on mobile video delivery enhancements. Brian began a career in software engineering at companies such as Monster Worldwide, Bio-Rad Laboratories, and Sybase, gaining expertise in various technologies and project leadership over a span of nearly three decades. Brian holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento.
