Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has over twenty years of experience in commercial and revenue operations across multiple industries. They have held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales Force Effectiveness and Operations at NBC Universal, where they supported over 700 sales professionals and drove substantial revenue growth. Currently, Eric is working in Revenue Operations at LivePerson, following previous positions at OutSystems, Riskified, and GE Capital, where they optimized sales processes and drove strategic growth initiatives. They earned an MBA in Management & Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
