Sujit Mathi

Sujit Mathi is a skilled data scientist with extensive experience in machine learning and data analysis. Currently serving as DSML II (NLP) at LivePerson since August 2020, Sujit developed the MACS framework to evaluate bot effectiveness in understanding customer intent and co-authored a relevant research paper. Prior to LivePerson, Sujit was the Lead Data Scientist at Theatro, where a double-ended LSTM model was developed to predict battery usage accurately. At The University of Texas at Austin, Sujit analyzed clinical data for budgetary decisions and forecasted patient flow to urgent care clinics with impressive accuracy. Beginning as a Graduate Research Assistant at the same university, Sujit has also held positions at Mordor Intelligence, where market analysis strategies were enhanced using machine learning, and at PTE-Chennai, achieving significant reductions in inventory and manufacturing costs. Sujit holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
