David Reckert

David Reckert is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and compliance roles. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at LiveRamp since July 2019, David previously held the position of Vice President, Managing Privacy Counsel. Prior to LiveRamp, David worked at Stephens Inc. as Vice President, Compliance Counsel and served as a Privacy Attorney at Acxiom. Early in the career, David gained experience as a Licensing & Compliance Manager at F. A. Richard and Associates. David's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from Louisiana State University.
