Stella Chu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and account management within the technology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success Management at LiveRamp since June 2021, Stella previously worked as a Senior Client Success Manager at Yext, where responsibilities included managing enterprise customer relationships in Greater China and ensuring platform engagement. Prior to that, Stella held various leadership roles at Booking.com, including Senior Account Manager overseeing global and local chain clients in China, where strategic planning and team motivation were key focuses. Stella began her career as a Contracts Manager at Hotelbeds, emphasizing long-term partner relationships and market analysis. Stella holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Singapore Institute of Management and an MBA from The University of Hong Kong and Fudan University.
