Monte Mauney

Monte Mauney has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the human resources and talent acquisition fields. Monte currently serves as the Vice President of People at LiveSwitch Inc., where they are responsible for leading the HR and Talent Acquisition teams. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Three Ships, a digital marketing company. Before that, they worked at Sageworks, first as the Director of Talent Acquisition and later as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Monte eventually became the Vice President of Human Resources at Sageworks, where they played a crucial role in driving organizational success and achieving double-digit top-line growth for nine years.

Monte Mauney holds a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
