Jason Lundstrom has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Jason started their career as a Flight Line Mechanic at Cessna Aircraft Company in 1997. Jason then worked in quality assurance and inspection roles, eventually becoming a Lead Inspector and also taking on training and mentoring responsibilities. In 1999, they advanced to the position of Production Superintendent at Cessna, where they managed primary and final assembly processes. Jason achieved significant improvements in productivity and scrap rates during their tenure in this role. In 2001, Lundstrom was selected to be the lead representative for manufacturing assembly operations on a process redesign team at Cessna. Jason played a key role in redesigning the Order Fulfillment process, resulting in a projected 50% reduction in cycle time. In 2002, they became a Six Sigma Quality Team Manager at Cessna, responsible for developing and executing Six Sigma strategic deployment within the Quality and Single Engine departments. Jason also managed a team of 15 Six Sigma black belts. Lundstrom joined Eclipse Aviation in 2003, initially as an Operations Manager, responsible for production flight test and customer delivery process design and implementation. Jason later took on the role of Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Eclipse, leading a team of 150 people and managing various aspects of the quality system. In 2006, they became the Director of Operations, responsible for experimental engineering and production flight test maintenance departments, customer delivery support, and related processes. In 2007, Lundstrom was promoted to the role of Vice President of Supply Chain at LiveTV, where they were responsible for supply chain programs. Jason later took on the role of Vice President of Service Operations at Thales in 2017. Lundstrom has demonstrated a strong background in operations, quality assurance, supply chain management, and process improvement throughout their career.
Jason Lundstrom earned their Bachelor's degree in Business - Quality Systems from Friends University. Jason attended Friends University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained an A&P Rating in Aviation Maintenance from Iowa Western between 1995 and 1996. Jason also attended Iowa State University from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Engineering, although they did not specify if they completed a degree.
