Conner Shaw

Conner Shaw is the Senior Vice President of HR Business Partners and Total Rewards at LVT, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served in various leadership roles at Pluralsight, including Vice President of Total Rewards & Facilities. Prior to that, Conner gained extensive experience at Chevron as a Human Resources Business Partner and Advisor, providing strategic HR support across multiple departments. Conner holds a Bachelor of Arts in French, International Trade, and Commerce, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. In addition, they served as a Full-Time Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2007 to 2009.
