Tamara Springle

Tamara Springle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and customer enablement. Currently serving as VP of Enablement at LiveView Technologies since June 2023, Tamara previously held prominent roles at Qualtrics, including Global Head of Education Strategy & Services and Global Head of Customer Enablement. Earlier career milestones include Managing Director of Global Learning Strategy at Cambridge Leadership Group, where Tamara developed comprehensive training programs and managed IT operations. With a solid academic foundation including a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, Tamara has also contributed as an instructor and consultant across various educational and organizational settings, emphasizing project management, program evaluation, and transformative learning strategies.
