Randall Bott

Randall Bott is a Senior Quality Engineer at LiveView Technologies and has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in welding and assembly processes. Previously, they served as a Weld and Assembly Manufacturing Engineer II at John Deere, where they focused on improving welding processes and product quality through data-driven solutions and collaboration with cross-functional teams. With a background that includes roles at Dominion Energy and US Synthetic, Randall has developed expertise in robotic programming and data analysis over more than five years in the industry. They are currently pursuing a Masters of Business Analytics at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business while continuing to advance their knowledge in the field of welding.
