Ben Franks

Ben Franks is an experienced Strategy & Insight Researcher at LiveWest since July 2018, where collaboration with business leads has driven high-quality research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, ultimately enhancing customer and colleague experiences. Prior to this role, Ben served as an Insight and Reporting Officer at Knightstone Housing Association from February 2015 to July 2018, providing vital intelligence and analysis to support service design and delivery, while effectively communicating complex information using various tools, including Tableau. Earlier experience includes a position as a Social Research Assistant at the Workers' Educational Association in early 2013, where Ben contributed to the organization's first social impact assessment through comprehensive research processes. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Social Research from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of the West of England.
