Matt Bright

Matt Bright serves as the Head of Building Safety at LiveWest since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in fire safety and emergency response. Prior to this role, Matt was the Director of Fire Safety and Emergency Response at Emaar from June 2016 to September 2021, overseeing fire safety measures for landmark structures such as the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall. Previous positions include Risk Analyst and Operational Advisor at Dubai Civil Defence H.Q., Development Programme Manager and Specialist Fire Operations Instructor at the Fire Service College, and various roles at Oxfordshire County Council. Matt holds a Master of Science degree in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management from the University of Leicester and is actively involved in professional fire safety organizations.
