Parry Morgan

Parry Morgan is a skilled construction professional with extensive experience in building design, project management, and sustainability. Currently serving as Head of Construction & Development Delivery at LiveWest since April 2004, Parry has developed a strong expertise in construction health and safety, cost management, and the delivery of low carbon homes. Prior to this role, Parry held various positions at Knightstone Housing Association from March 2001 to March 2018, including Head of Contract Services and Senior Asset & Contracts Manager, where responsibilities involved high-quality contract and project management for new builds and refurbishments. Parry began the professional journey as a Technical and Asset Surveyor at Cadwyn Housing Association from September 1999 to March 2001. In 2015, Parry attained a Master’s degree in Sustainable Construction and Project Management from the University of Plymouth, following general education at Whitland Grammar School in 1980.
