Phil Stephens

Phil Stephens has extensive experience in the housing and construction sectors, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Development Committee at LiveWest since September 2020. Prior to this role, Phil spent over 16 years at Sovereign Housing Association, where responsibilities included acting as a Board Member for Joint Ventures and serving as Executive Director for Development and Commercial, overseeing new housing delivery and sales.
