Amanda Parker

Amanda Parker has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Amanda is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at LiveWire. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. In their previous roles, Amanda held positions such as EVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Development Officer at Regis Corporation, as well as Assistant General Counsel at Polaris Industries. Amanda also worked as a Commercial Director at Cargill and started their career as an Attorney at Briggs & Morgan, P.A. and Thomson West. Amanda has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, litigation management, compliance, and international business.

Amanda Parker attended American University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish. Amanda then enrolled at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance. Amanda's education continued at the University of Minnesota Law School from 2004 to 2007, where they completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
