Jon B. has a diverse work experience in the marketing field, with a focus on the motorcycle industry. Jon started their career as the Director of Marketing at URAL Motorcycles, where they managed public relations, social media, web content, and design. Jon then moved on to Mission Motorcycles as the Director of Marketing, responsible for creating and implementing the overall marketing plan and managing the brand guidelines. Jon B. later joined Triple Aught Design as a Marketing Manager, followed by roles at Alta Motors, where they served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development Manager. At Alta Motors, they played a key role in securing funding, built a dealer network, and developed partnerships with Red Bull Media. Jon B. continued their career at Triumph Motorcycles America Ltd. as the Marketing Director, overseeing various marketing activities and achieving positive sales gains. Jon then joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as the EV Go to Market Manager and later became the GM of Global Brand Marketing, where they contributed to the launch of new products and implemented successful marketing strategies. Currently, Jon B. is serving as the Head of Marketing at LiveWire, a division of Harley-Davidson, where they are leading the electrification of two-wheeled vehicles and establishing the LiveWire brand.

Jon B. obtained a Masters degree in History from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Delaware, attending from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jon B. also obtained a certification in Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing from The 280 Group in December 2018.
