Jay Krigsman

Jay Krigsman is the current Director at LiveXLive. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Real Estate for The Krausz Companies, Inc. in a partnership with MONY (Mutual of New York). Before that, they were with Birtcher Anderson Properties as the Director of Real Estate responsible for leasing the ground up 1 million + square foot mixed use Centrepointe La Palma project. Jay started their career in 1985 as a Tenant Rep Broker for Julien J Studley Inc.

Jay Krigsman has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business with a minor in Urban Studies from the University of Maryland. Jay also has a Field in Business Administration and Management, General from the University at Buffalo. In addition, they have certification from the California Department of Real Estate in California Real Estate Broker. Jay also has certification from the CCIM Institute in Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Furthermore, they have certification from the ICSC in Certified Real Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Retail Real Estate Professional. Lastly, they have certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Florida Real Estate Broker.
