Hemant Kumar

Hemant Kumar has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Livguard since February 2016, Hemant previously held the position of Executive-HR at Federal-Mogul, focusing on commercial activities such as handling provident fund, Employee State Insurance, salary processing, and training and development since October 2009. Prior to that, Hemant worked as a Sales & Marketing Officer at ICICI Bank from June 2008 to September 2009, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, and insurance. Hemant holds a Master of Business Administration in H.R. and Marketing from the National Institute of Management, completed in 2008, and a Diploma in Business Administration in Commerce from the same institution, obtained in 2006.
