JIN BANG

Jin Bang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2010 as an Artistic Director and National Platform Artist for NEUMA Beauty at Shades Natural Color Studio in Beverly Hills, California. During this time, they focused on education for salon styling, shaping, texturizing, and coloring. They also served as a Senior Stylist and Senior Creative Director at Twist by Oliver in 2013.

In 2012, Jin Bang worked as a Creative Director at Evolue Beauty, where they were responsible for content creation and collaborated with celebrities for photoshoot partnerships. They distributed products in multiple locations, including the St Regis of Polanco D.F.

From 2013 to 2014, Jin Bang held the position of Creative Director at their own company, Jinbanghair. In this role, they displayed their creative skills and expertise.

In 2017, Jin Bang joined sesca Supply as the Managing Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for leading business development initiatives.

At Living Proof, Inc., Jin Bang served as part of the National Creative Team and worked as a Traveling Educator. They collaborated with distributors and vendors to promote the brand through hair salons, rental stores, and distribution networks in Canada and California. They were also involved in LAFASHION week events in 2017 and 2018.

In the same year, Jin Bang worked as the Director of Operations at Enso Tools. They trained and operated with regional networks across the USA, contributed to product research and development, and managed beauty professional shows. They also trained salon owners, stylists, and students, successfully achieving network distribution of tools and products.

Jin Bang's expertise extends to the construction industry, as they worked as the Manager of Operations at Green Living Construction from April 2021 to January 2022. They oversaw four departments, including the marketing team, where they set up programs for telemarketers to attract leads. They effectively managed daily, weekly, and monthly goals and lead generation for canvassing teams.

Currently, Jin Bang is the Company Owner of Catamaran Consulting Inc, specializing in creating CRM systems for companies in various verticals. They focus on lead generation, production, and payroll, catering to real estate brokers, developers, hotel developers, construction installers, roof, and solar companies.

Jin Bang started their education in the field of cosmetology by attending Pr@Partners from 1998 to 2001. During this period, they pursued an apprenticeship program to gain practical knowledge and skills. Following this, Jin Bang moved on to Prive products from 2006 to 2010, where they focused on specializing in hair styling and design. At Prive products, they held the role of Senior Artistic Educator/International Educator, further developing their expertise in the field.
