Markus Grieger

Markus Grieger currently serves as Teamlead Systemservice at LivingData GmbH, overseeing a team of 13 employees in System and Security Support since October 2020. Responsibilities include the implementation and enhancement of ITSM tools, introduction of cross-team OKR methodologies, and the development of key performance reporting models for management. Prior to this role, Markus held the position of Senior IT Specialist and Trainer for IT professions at PAYBACK, where project management, ITIL process implementation, and oversight of up to nine apprentices were key duties. Earlier experience as a Network and System Administrator at Watzl Network Systems involved server and network infrastructure management, alongside customer IT support and software development for building automation. Markus holds degrees as an IT Business Consultant and IT System Electronics Technician.
