Raphael Kan is the Founder and CEO of Livingmenu, a company established in April 2018 that focuses on enhancing efficiencies in hawkers and independent eateries to promote sustainability within Asia's local food culture. Prior to this, Raphael served as Chief Financial Officer at IFF, an O2O retail startup active in major Chinese cities from January 2017 to December 2018. Raphael also co-founded Stallia Capital Management, where from December 2006 to December 2016, significant expertise was gained as a Managing Director in statistical arbitrage investments, notably transacting over US$2 billion in NYSE auctions. Raphael holds a BBA (Honours) in Finance and Economics from Simon Fraser University.
