Jack Liu

Jack Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and technology management across various sectors. Currently serving as Technical Director for the Asia Pacific region at LivingPackets since April 2025, Jack previously held the position of Sr. Operations Director at E Ink Corporation from March 2023 to April 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of US Operations and US Operations Director at ServiceTec from June 2012 to February 2023, and site manager at San Francisco International Airport while also being a partner at Tergeron & Company Inc. Jack's expertise is further complemented by a background as CIO at Tri-City Health Center and as Director of IT at Masonic Homes of California. Jack holds a degree in Classic Culinary Arts from The French Culinary Institute and completed a Community Emergency Response Team certification through the US Department of Homeland Security. Additionally, Jack possesses a California State Contractors License in Low Voltage Systems.
