Livingston Builders, Inc., founded in 1994 by James C. Remez and David J. Palmer, has completed over four hundred construction projects in multiple states. Our primary focus is the construction of single-family homes, estates, townhouses, and luxury apartments at the highest level of residential construction. Livingston Builders, Inc. expanded its services to New York City in 2001, and Connecticut and Long Island in 2007.

Our firm maintains offices in Palm Beach, Florida, and Midtown Manhattan. Our ongoing and completed project list spans 30 years and includes collaborations with prominent architects, interior designers, and engineers.
