LivingWellCare seeks to empower people to take responsibility for their health and to be well mentally, physically, and spiritually. The LivingWell Institute offers community-based support and wellness education to help people feel inspired and find balance in their lives. We support individuals, families, and the community through lifestyle educational programs, integrative care services, trainings, and community activities. At the core is the belief that each person has a deep, innate ability to be well.  Learning how to integrate the power of our own MIND, BODY, SPIRIT is the key to achieving whole person health.
