From 2012-2016, Sivan was the CEO & Chief Product Officer at Naxex Technological Development Ltd., where they built and headed a company of 300 employees, led 3 teams of product managers to create trading and marketing platforms, and implemented scrum development methodology. From 2010-2012, Sivan was the Vice President of Technology & Product at TradeNetworks, where they initiated and managed work procedures for all departments, boosted internal efficiencies, and led a team of product managers.
