Stephen Yong

Stephen Yong serves as the Director at Blue Dot Learning since April 2002, specializing in training consultancy for Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on leadership development and HR programs. In addition to this role, Stephen is currently an Associate Consultant at Korn Ferry, and an Associate at Accenture. Stephen also acts as a Coach and Facilitator for the Centre for Integral Leadership Asia, providing executive coaching and Gallup StrengthsFinder facilitation.
