Steve Baker is the Founder and Director of LTI Associates Ltd, where a focus on leadership and team collaboration drives success in addressing complex challenges. With extensive experience as a facilitator, coach, and keynote speaker, Steve has worked to enhance leadership capabilities, change management, and innovation across various organizations since 2015. Previous roles include Manager of Operations Improvement at Westpac, where significant process enhancements were achieved, and General Manager at Barclays, managing substantial budgets during challenging market conditions. Steve holds a degree in Mathematics from Durham University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Development from the University of Portsmouth.
