Roland Bauer

Roland Bauer is an experienced IT and organizational leader, currently serving as the Head of IT-Management & Services (CIO) at LIWEST since February 2007, with expertise in IT-Management, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Architecture. Additionally, Roland is involved in academia as a faculty member at LIMAK Austrian Business School and a trainer at WIFI OÖ GmbH, focusing on process optimization and team management. A former external lecturer at the University of Vienna, Roland has a strong background in project management and organizational development, complemented by previous roles at KPMG Austria and Deloitte Consulting, and a solid educational foundation including a doctorate from the University of Vienna and a European Master of Business Sciences from the University of Birmingham.
