Thomas Haider

Thomas Haider is a talent coach at LIWEST since July 2022, specializing in leadership and people development, organizational culture, and process management. Thomas contributes to the People & Culture Strategy Team and oversees workshops and training while managing digital learning platforms and company guidelines. Prior experience includes an HR Development & Change Intern role at A1 Telekom Austria AG and an I/O Psychology Intern position at bGesundheitsmanagement, focusing on organizational development and psychological well-being. Thomas also held a recruitment consultant intern position at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in I/O and Economic Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna, alongside a course in Strategic People Management & New Work from LIMAK Austrian Business School.
