Jun Aoki

Jun Aoki currently holds independent director positions at LIXIL and Fidea Holdings, as well as a consultant and senior advisor role at 株式会社 淳風満帆 since January 2022, leveraging extensive experience in architecture, strategic consulting, global HR, and sustainability. Previously, Aoki served as Chief Social Value Creation Officer and Chief People Officer at Shiseido from November 2014 to December 2021, and held the position of Head of International HR at BNP Paribas Cardif from November 2011 to October 2014. Aoki's career also includes serving as CEO of Cardif Japan and as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from The University of Tokyo, completed in 1980.
