Colleen Crigger

Colleen Crigger is a seasoned professional in traffic engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director at LJA since 2025. Colleen has previously held key positions, including Traffic Studies Manager at Stanley Consultants and Senior Project Manager at Traffic Engineering Data Solutions, Inc. From 1994 to 2004, Colleen worked as a Project Manager at TEI Engineers & Planners, and from 2004 to 2017, was the Assistant Department Manager at HNTB. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, completing their studies in 1995.
