Edwin J Franceschi

Edwin J. Franceschi, MECE, PE, is a Water Resources Engineer currently residing in North Texas. With a background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Puerto Rico, they have extensive experience in streamlining hydrology and hydraulic studies and site construction plan development. Notable positions include Project Engineer at Craven Thompson and Associates and Founder/Co-Owner of END LLC, where they led civil and hydraulic design efforts and managed CAD/GIS implementations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at LJA, they continue to apply their skills in AutoCAD, GIS applications, and project coordination.
