Eric Barney

Eric Barney is a seasoned professional in land development with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. They began their career as a Project Engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes from 1996 to 1998. Over the years, Eric held various pivotal roles, including Senior Design Engineer at Meurer & Associates and Project Manager at Vision Land Consultants, Inc. From 2010 to 2011, they served as Project Manager at Project One Integrated Services, LLC, followed by leadership positions at Martin/Martin, Inc. and Sterling Ranch. Currently, Eric is the Director at LJA and recently completed a tenure as Vice President of Land Development at Century Communities, Inc.
