George Culver

George Culver is a professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and cartography. Currently serving as the President of LUKE Applications, LLC since March 2016, George previously held the position of Director of GIS at LJA Engineering & Surveying, Inc. and worked in client mapping services at Western Geophysical from 1998 to 1999, where skills in GIS were first applied in creating client maps. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cartography and Remote Sensing from Southwest Texas State University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
