Dr. Hossein Saedi is an award-winning design researcher and licensed architect with extensive experience in architecture, landscape design, and UX/UI research. With over 15 years in the field, they have managed multimillion-dollar projects and led multidisciplinary teams, focusing on enhancing user experience and mental health through innovative design frameworks. Currently serving as an Associate Principal at LJA and a Senior Advisor at Naghsh Paydar Consulting Engineers, they also contribute as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University. Dr. Saedi’s groundbreaking doctoral research introduced a framework to measure how design impacts cognitive functioning, improving recovery from mental fatigue across various design disciplines.
