Jeff Mccann is an experienced CAD Manager and FAA Certified sUAS Pilot currently with LJA Engineering, Inc. since February 2021. Previously, Jeff held various roles including Senior GIS Analyst/Senior Civil Designer at S&ME, Inc., and Senior GIS/CAD Designer and GIS Coordinator at American Structurepoint, Inc. Jeff has extensive experience in managing GIS contracts, developing and maintaining utility assets, and generating construction documents for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Additional expertise includes training staff in CAD and GIS platforms, implementing GIS standards, and serving as a GIS technician for Citizens Energy Group. Jeff's educational background includes a certificate in Project Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and an AS in Civil Engineering, complemented by leadership training.
