Kevin Bates

Kevin Bates is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the surveying and land development sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at LJA since April 2024, Kevin previously held the position of Land Department Project Manager at Lokal Homes from October 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Survey Party Chief and AutoCAD Technician at American Surveying and Mapping, Inc. from January 2018 to October 2023, and as Survey Party Chief at AzTec Consultants, Inc. from May 2010 to January 2018. Kevin started his career as a Foreman at Bemas Construction from May 2009 to May 2010 and also worked as a Survey Party Chief at EMK Consultants Inc. from May 2001 to May 2010. Kevin completed education at Wheat Ridge High School between 1998 and 2001.
