Matthew McCombs

Matthew McCombs is a civil engineering and city management professional with a diverse background in business development and municipal engagement. They have served as the Director of Business Development at LJA since 2025 and have held various roles, including Partner at daGROUPusa and co-founder of Land Intelligence, Inc. They previously gained experience in city administration and management as City Administrator in Aubrey and as Assistant to the City Manager in Addison. Matthew earned a B.A. in History and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.
