Ross Baker

Ross Baker is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process design and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at LJA Engineering, Inc. since February 2021, Ross has previously held significant roles at S&ME, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer, and at Mesa Associates, Inc. as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, overseeing hydroelectric projects and managing project budgets. Prior positions include Project Engineer at KBR, Inc., where Ross led engineering efforts for multiple facilities associated with International Paper, and Wastewater Process Engineer at URS, specializing in water and wastewater treatment design. Ross began the engineering career as a Mechanical Engineer at BE&K, contributing to large-scale paper mill expansions.
