Terry Wade

Terry Wade has extensive experience in construction inspection and project management, currently serving as Chief Inspector at San Jacinto River Authority since February 2019 and Senior Inspector II at CDM Smith since January 2018. Additional roles include Senior Construction Inspector at LJA Engineering, Inc., and Senior Oversight Inspector at HNTB, with a strong focus on daily project oversight and production audits. Previous positions include Senior Inspector at BGE | Brown & Gay Engineers and Lead Project Inspector at the Port of Houston Authority, among others. Terry has contributed to various significant projects, including roadway extensions and public facility improvements. Education includes General Studies from Manhattan High School and coursework in Communication at Hinds Community College.
