Robert Edwards is an experienced operations leader with a comprehensive background in the commercial truck market and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at LJS Solutions since September 2025, Robert previously held the position of Plant Manager at Cummins Inc. from August 2022 to September 2025 and Site Manager at Meritor from September 2021 to February 2023. Prior to these roles, Robert was the General Manager at Bicycle Corporation of America from January 2017 to October 2021 and held various engineering and management positions at Thermalex from August 2000 to August 2008. Robert Edwards earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Clemson University College of Engineering and Science between 1993 and 2000.
