Sharon Blackman

Sharon Blackman has extensive experience in payroll and benefits management. Sharon has held positions at various companies, including Lumber Liquidators, AECOM, LandAmerica Financial Group, McKesson, and Signet Bank. At Lumber Liquidators, they served as the Director of Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS, overseeing the weekly payroll and benefit operations for a large number of employees. At AECOM, they worked as a Payroll Supervisor, managing biweekly payroll operations for a significant number of employees across multiple states. At LandAmerica Financial Group, they held the role of Vice President and Payroll Manager, where they managed payroll operations and led numerous acquisitions, coordinating acquisition requirements and developing orientation programs for acquired employees. Sharon also has experience as a Payroll Manager at McKesson and Signet Bank.
