Felicity Waters

Felicity Waters is the Head of Communications, Engagement and Involvement at Health and Care Research Wales which supports Welsh Government to showcase the best of Welsh R&D and innovation on the international stage.
A former journalist, Felicity started her career in weekly newspapers after graduating in French and English from Cardiff University and training with Trinity Mirror. She later joined the Western Mail and, as Health Correspondent, won an award for her campaigning journalism.
She has also worked for ITV Wales' Factual department and for BBC Wales's flagship current affairs series, Week in Week Out where her undercover documentary on the exploitation of migrant workers was shortlisted by BAFTA Cymru and the Celtic Film Festival.
Felicity has also provided bespoke media and public affairs services to clients across the UK including the British Medical Association, Macmillan Cancer Support, Oxfam Cymru, Voices from Care and the Institute of Healthcare Management.
