John Kay

John Kay joined LLFlex as Chief Operating Officer in 2021, where he is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with the CEO and Executive Team to find solutions to organization-wide challenges. His purview includes each of LLFlex’s two main business segments, Packaging and Industrial Laminates. Kay has decades of strategic business management experience with executive roles in companies such as The Morven Group, HVHC and Catalent Pharma Solutions.
