Lloyd Richardson Limited was established in 1991. From small beginnings the company has grown a significant management portfolio spread across the Wellington region.​

The company is run by Sean Mulholland and Nick Welch who combine for over 35 years of property management experience. The company predominantly manages both commercial and residential properties in Wellington, New Zealand.​

Lloyd Richardson Limited specialises in both commercial property management and building facilities management. We also offer residential management services, personalised consultancy, project management services, physical building planning and management.

Our management style
