Peter Bant

Peter Bant is a Senior Marine Surveyor at Lloyd's Register, supporting the rebuilding of Halifax Class frigates and local fishing and passenger vessels. Previously, Peter held various positions including Freelance Marine Surveyor and Naval Architect, as well as a Senior Marine Surveyor role at DNVGL France, where they oversaw significant vessel inspections and classifications. Peter's extensive career in marine surveying began with naval architecture roles at Peter S Hatfield Ltd. and Cleaver and Walkingshaw Ltd., ultimately leading to project management at Meridian Marine Industries Inc. and business development at RINA Maritime Canada.
