Danielle Meader has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Transformation Delivery Lead at Lloyd's since June 2025. Prior to this role, Danielle held various senior positions, including Finance Change Lead at MS Amlin from November 2024 to June 2025, and Market Reserving and Capital Operations Manager at Lloyd's from September 2018 to July 2022, where Danielle led operations for the Actuarial Function and managed strategic change initiatives. Danielle's earlier experience includes a senior leadership role in Finance Operations focused on regulatory change and resource management at an unnamed company, and a tenure at Beazley from September 2012 to June 2015. Danielle also contributed to Project Rio during a secondment in 2021, aimed at enhancing Lloyd’s Oversight Operating Model.
