Mac Castro has extensive experience in corporate affairs and operations, having worked at Lloyd's from 2007 to 2024 in various leadership roles. As Chief of Staff to the Corporate Affairs Director, Mac oversaw the operations of the Corporate Affairs function, ensuring effective resource allocation and strategic planning. Prior roles at Lloyd's included Chief of Staff for Brand, Marketing & Communications, where support was provided to the Chief Marketing Communications Officer, and Head of Operations for Brand, Marketing & Communications, focusing on strategic planning and KPI tracking. Earlier career experience includes roles at Coutts & Co and Mourant du Feu & Jeune as a Personal Assistant, as well as serving as an European Marketing Executive at DTZ, managing conference and events programs across Europe.
